Overview
Currently, we have a need for a Production Assistant at our Campbell/Polly-O plant. This position will work under the direction of the Plant Manager to perform a variety of administrative functions to support the facility leadership including, but not limited to:
* Reporting and coordinating workers’ compensation claims.
* Verifying and processing employee timecards.
* Coordinating with staffing agency.
* Conducting onboarding orientation training as well as a variety of other required trainings including safety training.
* Ordering and maintaining office supplies.
* Assisting with the planning and coordination of plant-wide events, including food orders, travel, as well as meeting and hotel room arrangements.
* Supporting a variety of operational tasks and reporting internally as well as to our corporate office in Green Bay.

Qualifications
The successful candidate will offer a post-high school degree in business or equivalent work experience. A minimum of 3-5 years high-level multi-function administrative experience required. We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter with solid communication skills, a detail orientation, excellent follow-up strengths and teamwork skills. We seek proven experience in producing high quality results while working independently and the ability to effectively serve multiple customers simultaneously.
