Role…
· Deliver effective property inspections. Liaising with landlords, tenants and third parties to establish maintenance needs and manage delivery of these with a range of specialist contractors.
· Effectively progress reactive and scheduled maintenance, consult with all relevant stakeholders to ensure effective communication between parties is achieved to deliver the right solution.
· Demonstrate excellent client management skills to all parts of the maintenance discipline and liaise effectively both internally and externally.
· Deliver maintenance expertise to landlords and tenants at all parts of the property life cycle.
· Effectively progress all dilapidation claims at end of tenancy arrangements.
· Remain up to date on property legislation / regulation to provide accurate advice.
Experience…
· Excellent communication skills to ensure development of strong working relationships.
· Dispute resolution and client management skills are essential.
· Maintenance and FixFlo experience preferred.
· IT literacy with MS Teams, Office and Social Media capability.
