As the Estate Agent Sales Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the business, leading by example, inspiring your team, and ensuring a seamless service across both sales and lettings. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong track record in estate agency to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow the residential sales department
Oversee and support the lettings team as needed
Drive performance through mentoring and motivation
Conduct market appraisals and convert valuations into instructions
Negotiate offers and manage sales progression
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation
Maintain strong relationships with landlords, vendors, buyers, and tenants
Report to senior management on KPIs and branch performance Ideal Candidate
Proven experience in residential sales and lettings
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Leadership or team management experience preferred
Excellent knowledge of the local property market
ARLA/NFoPP or other relevant qualification (desirable)
Highly organised with great attention to detail
