If you want to own end‑to‑end Microsoft 365 projects and see the results land with customers, this role gives you that space. You will work across Intune, migrations and wider M365 solutions with real autonomy and direct impact.

The Mission

Bytes is expanding its Microsoft services capability and is seeking a Microsoft 365 Consultant on a 12-month fixed-term contract to support this growth.

This role exists to design and deliver high‑quality M365 solutions that solve real customer problems, from modern device management through to tenant migrations and consolidation. You will play a key role in shaping delivery from early scoping through to implementation, working closely with sales and service teams.

What You Will Deliver

• Own and deliver Intune and Microsoft 365 projects from design through to implementation
• Lead tenant‑to‑tenant migrations and consolidations using the right tools and approach
• Design clear, scalable M365 solutions aligned to customer needs
• Run workshops that help customers adopt and gain value from M365
• Collaborate with pre‑sales and service teams to shape new service offerings
• Improve delivery standards, documentation and repeatable approaches across projects
• Build trusted relationships with customers, becoming a go‑to technical advisor

Essentials

• Proven experience delivering Microsoft 365 solutions in live environments
• Strong expertise across Intune, device onboarding and policy management
• Hands‑on experience with M365 migrations and related tooling
• Confident running customer workshops and translating requirements into solutions
• Solid knowledge of core M365 services and admin platforms
• Relevant Microsoft certifications such as MS‑102 and MD‑102
