Overview
We are recruiting for an experienced self-driven and client-focused candidate who has the ability to convert an initial enquiry into an agreed sale.
You will be given a client base to work with, arranging calls with prospective clients and offering advice on the best suited options. This is not a cold calling role.
You should have knowledge and experience within a similar consultative sales role and a naturally inquisitive personality.
What’s in it for you?
* Pay: £17.32 per hour (inc. holiday pay) + additional on target earnings
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
* Remote working but with ability to reach the Hertfordshire office within one hour, every 1-3 months
* Temporary contract for 2-3 months
Key responsibilities
* Achieve sales targets through acquisition of clients from an extensive database of leads
* Maintain a sales database to record all activities
* Manage online chats via a bespoke system
What our client is looking for
* Proven experience of consultative sales
* Excellent knowledge of all MS Office
* Quick learner of using CRM systems
* Knowledge of web chat systems
* Ability to build and manage relationships with new leads
* Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Self-driven, well organised, innovative, flexible
