Salary: Up to £30,000 (depending on experience) Location: On-site, Southport HQ (Hybrid working available after probation) Type: Full-time, Permanent The Role We’re growing our award-winning team and looking for a Case Manager to join us at our Southport head office. In this role, you’ll be the glue that holds a mortgage case together — working alongside a dedicated broker and support team to guide landlord clients from application to completion, while upholding our 5-star reputation every step of the way. It’s a role for someone who thrives under pressure, enjoys switching gears, and never loses sight of the goal — excellent outcomes for our clients. What You’ll Be Doing: Validating client documentation with a fine-tooth comb and keeping everything in order. Inputting accurate data to lender portals, ensuring nothing is missed. Liaising with lenders, underwriters, solicitors, estate agents and clients to keep cases moving. Managing expectations with honesty and professionalism — we under-promise and over-deliver. Supporting brokers by taking ownership of the case admin and keeping clients informed throughout. What We’re Looking For: A proactive, “I’ve got this” mindset. Friendly and confident telephone manner (we’re a human-first kind of business). Strong organisational skills and attention to detail — if something’s slightly off, you spot it. Excellent written communication — clear, calm, informative emails are your thing. Experience in financial services, mortgage admin or a similar regulated role. CeMAP qualification is a bonus, but not essential. Discretion, integrity, and the ability to juggle changing priorities without dropping the ball.
