Customer Service Advisor Location : Sheffield 3 Salary : £25,545 with overtime paid at 1.25 x hour rate Hours : Average of 19.25 hours per week (contracted to 1,001 hours annually) between 8am to 8pm. Working Pattern: Shifts are 5 days over 7 between 08:00 - 20:00. Weekend work will be regular. Fixed Term Contract: 10 week fixed term contract, starting no later than 14th July 2025. In addition to Student Living we also work with Lavanda to short term let vacant rooms. This role is to support the management of short term let bookings, and also to adhoc support the CSA's with general administrator over the summer. What you'll be doing: Organising the summer lets bookings on the Lavanda portal, organising and accepting bookings, reporting, managing room check-in and outs. In addition you will also support the team with summer administration including chasing guarantors and ensuring all pre arrival paperwork has been completed.
