Job Description

Are you an enthusiastic and committed person passionate about welcoming visitors and people? Then being part of the Milton Grange Reception team could be the job for you.

As part of the Reception team, you will provide reception cover at Milton Grange. You will be responsible for being the initial point of contact for visitors and clients. Additionally, you will undertake administrative duties such as providing telephone cover, message services, and processing incoming and outgoing mail.

* Experience dealing with members of the public
* Interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a team
* Commitment to improving personal performance and supporting that of the service
