About the Role: We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Investment Managers’ Assistant to join our supportive and collaborative team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our investment managers can deliver excellent service to a diverse range of clients. You’ll provide high-quality administrative support, help maintain accurate records, and assist with client communications. This is a non-regulated position, focused on administration and organisation, but with opportunities to contribute to client relationship management. What You’ll Do: Provide a wide range of administrative services to support the team. Keep the office running smoothly, including managing supplies, mail, and equipment. Handle client queries with professionalism and care, ensuring accurate records are maintained. Support investment managers by preparing documentation, meeting materials, and client reports. Maintain compliance logs and promote a culture of accountability. Assist with portfolio administration, valuations, and payments. Liaise with colleagues across departments to ensure efficient processes. Welcome clients warmly when they visit and help create a positive experience. Contribute ideas to improve efficiency and enhance client service. Take part in occasional projects, such as gathering Know Your Client (KYC) information. Positive, enthusiastic, and approachable. Qualifications & Experience: GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English. A Levels or further qualifications are a plus. Experience in a similar environment is helpful, but not essential. Knowledge of investment operations or the stock market is an advantage.
