Join our Health & Wellbeing team as a Sales Manager, where you'll play a key role in driving membership growth, retention, and retreat sales. Reporting to the Club Manager, you'll lead the sales process from initial enquiry through to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for every member.
What you'll be doing:
* Drive membership sales and retention across a range of health and wellbeing offerings
* Manage the full sales pipeline, including lead generation, tours, sign‑ups, onboarding, renewals, and waitlists
* Analyse non-converted leads and share insights with marketing and senior teams
* Support the wider membership strategy across the estate
* Sell wellbeing retreats and support the Club Manager when needed including acting as the point of contact in their absence
* Lead a team of administrators to deliver a professional, customer‑focused experience
* Conduct market and competitor research to stay ahead of trends
* Build long‑term relationships with members to encourage recurring revenue and upselling
* Monitor member satisfaction and suggest improvements to enhance the membership experience
* Prepare team rotas and manage shift changes
* Represent the Health & Wellbeing team at events to build rapport and community
What you'll bring:
* Proven track record in sales, ideally within the wellbeing industry
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* A genuine passion for health, wellness, and customer service
* Confidence in building trust and rapport with members
* Ability to work to KPIs and meet deadlines
