Automotive Service Advisor - Reputable Family Run Garage
* Location: Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire
* Salary: Basic £32,000 + Bonus £37,000
* Hours: Monday - Friday (No Weekends)

The Role:
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. You will be the key point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and professional service experience from booking through to vehicle collection.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet customers and manage service/repair bookings
* Accurately record vehicle issues and communicate with the workshop team
* Provide clear updates and advice to customers throughout the repair process
* Prepare estimates, invoices, and explain work carried out
* Upsell additional services where appropriate
* Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Confident using garage management systems and basic IT tools
* A positive, team-oriented attitude
