As part of our Learning and Organisational Development team, you’ll be the specialist on Cornerstone – our Learning Management System (LMS). As our subject matter expert, you’ll advise colleagues on all aspects of using the LMS and look after the day-to-day management of the system. You’ll provide a wide range of LMS Services such as system integrations, configurations, user set ups, system improvements, reporting, and compliance monitoring.

What you’ll be doing:
* Providing 1 st and 2 nd line support to all colleagues for LMS related enquiries
* Lead in system configuration for new functionalities to support organisational development and personal growth
* Being responsible for reporting data, ensuring accuracy and compliance including working with Power BI dashboards
* Actioning any necessary system changes and set-ups.
* Assigning learning to relevant audiences including new an current colleagues, to ensure compliance.
* Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders such as Cornerstone OnDemand (our LMS) and LinkedIn learning, and ensuring these systems are integrated.
* Advising internal stakeholders on system best practices, limitations and possibilities
* Helping to create tutorials and guides to support learners with using the LMS.
What we’re looking for:
* A systems specialist with great IT skills.
* Excellent communications skills.
* The ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
* Experience achieving compliance in a regulated environment would be ideal.
