Customer Experience Learning Specialist
within the Customer Experience & Marketing team. The role involves working remotely with frequent visits to London and national travel to deliver face-to-face training. The role focuses on delivering learning solutions across Barchester Healthcare to increase occupancy by converting inquiries and short-stay residents into permanent residents. Required skills and experience:
Experience as a Learning and Development specialist, with a focus on sales and conversion. Proven growth in commercial success from learning interventions. Understanding of best-in-class sales and customer experience practices in fast-paced, multi-channel environments. Full UK driving license and ability to travel regularly across the UK, including overnight stays. Knowledge of customer experience design and change management. Role and responsibilities:
Analyze current practices and results for inquiries and sales, understanding the customer journey. Familiarize with Customer and Resident Experience, including Life Enrichment and the Customer Journey, identifying improvement opportunities. Develop training to maximize conversion at key points, using customer insights. Design structured learning programs for occupancy and customer experience improvements. Implement a blended learning approach, collaborating with operators to determine the best delivery methods. Travel nationally as needed for face-to-face training. Create effective learning environments with appropriate tools and systems. Ensure high-quality training preparation and delivery. Integrate training modules into Barchester Learning and Development platform and HRIS systems. Maintain resources supporting sales and occupancy success for current and future leaders. Provide ongoing coaching to leaders as required. Rewards package:
