We are looking for an experienced Complex Care Support Worker to provide specialist homecare support for a client with a spinal injury in Colchester. Your Responsibilities
* Deliver specialist complex care including:
o Autonomic Dysreflexia management
o Suprapubic Catheter care & Bladder Washouts
o Blood Pressure Monitoring
o Non-Invasive BiPAP Ventilation & Cough Assist
o Nebulised Medication & Oxygen Saturation Monitoring
o Stoma Care (Ileostomy)
* Support the client’s emotional wellbeing and daily routines
* Promote independence while ensuring safety
* Collaborate closely with the clinical and multidisciplinary team
Who We’re Looking For
* Experienced in complex clinical care for spinal injury clients
* Confident using specialist clinical equipment and managing emergencies
* Empathetic, reliable, and proactive
* Able to commit to 4 shifts per week, 5pm–9pm
