Job Description Head of Probate Location : Malton (North Yorkshire) Salary : £55,000 Experience : 5 years PQE This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced private client professional to step into a Head of Probate role, combining hands-on technical work with genuine people leadership. Our client is looking for someone who can confidently manage a well-established team while maintaining high standards of client care and file management. You will take ownership of the Probate function, with responsibility for both team leadership and day-to-day fee earning. The team is already in place and experienced, so this role suits someone who enjoys coaching, setting standards, and keeping a department running smoothly.
