In this role, no two days will look the same. You’ll spend most of your time out in the field, leading from the front, connecting with customers, managing people, planning activity across your field and turning strategy into action.
Become a key player in helping to deliver this business’s exciting vision to life, engaging general trade customers, acquiring new users and acting as a passionate brand advocate in everything you do. With full ownership of your territory, resources and budget, you’ll drive growth while keeping the customer firmly at the heart of every decision.
You’ll also lead a team of Field Sales Executives, working closely with them to build tailored sales strategies, grow brand awareness and respond to the ever-changing demands of a fast-moving business. Analysing trends, sparking new ideas and coaching your team in the field will be all part of the day job. You won’t be doing it alone either - you’ll be part of a close-knit regional network, sharing experiences, challenges and wins along the way.
This role suits a hands-on, motivational leader who genuinely enjoys developing people. You’ll be confident mentoring in the field, comfortable having challenging conversations and driven by helping your team smash their targets. With previous sales team management experience under your belt, you’ll know how to build strong relationships that deliver commercial results.
Alongside leading and growing your team, you’ll also play a key role in shaping it, getting involved in recruitment through screening, assessment centres and interviews. You’ll need a full driving licence to keep you moving across your territory.
