Learning and Development AdministratorBased in Ballymoney, my client is a well-established organisation who provide quality housing, support, care and employment services to their customers.This is a Full-Time, Fixed Term Contract position.Working hours: 37 hours per week.With a salary of £26,500 per annum (dependent on experience).Job Role:You will be responsible for providing administrative support within your own functional area and wider directorate. This will include providing timely and accurate reporting, collaborative working and an excellent customer experience. Essential Criteria:Experience of HR/L&D systems and reporting or equivalent systems/reporting experience.Minimum of 12 months administrative experience within a L&D environment or similar environmentA minimum of 4 GCSEs at grade C or above including English Language and Mathematics (or equivalent)Good working knowledge Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Teams/Zoom and PowerPointExcellent communication skills both written and verbal - with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levelsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage/prioritise a busy workload while adhering to strict deadlinesAbility to work as part of a team as well as on your own initiativeFull, current driving licence and use of a car which is insured for business use OR can demonstrate mobility to carry out the functions of the jobMain Duties and Responsibilities:Provide support to Line Manager for day-to-day activities, ad hoc requests and reportsSupport the smooth running of all training courses through the effective planning and organising of venue, catering, facilitator, documentation, Line Managers, and learnersProvide physical support/presence where needed prior to, during and following the delivery of trainingProvide support to the team, to enable effective delivery of the Organisation's L&D strategy Work to agreed standards and timescales to enable staff training and development needs to be addressed and delivered appropriately, providing core information when requiredTo maintain the e-learning platformDevelop and maintain data information systems, inclusive of legislative requirementsEnsure requests are dealt with efficiently, escalating queries/issues as appropriate Identify where improvements can be made to systems and processesSupport ongoing process and compliance audits where required Attending meetings and events within the team and wider organisation, including external as and when requiredSkills:L&D Learning and Development Admin Ballymoney ContractWHJS1_NI
