You must have the right to work in the UK. 2. You must have a car and a valid full driving license. 3. We do not offer COS 4. Previous experience in a care role is preferred, but not essential, as training will be provided. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to care. 6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. 7. A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and respecting the dignity of clients.
