We are currently recruiting for a Lead Pipefitter / Chargehand to manage pipework installation works in Leith, Edinburgh.
Rates, Hours, Duration
* Rates to be discussed and agreed upon review of CV
* 8 hours per day
* 10 weeks from 09/02/2026
The Role:
Lead Pipefitter / Chargehand responsible for overseeing carbon steel pipework installation:
* Coordinating day-to-day site activities
* Reading and interpreting technical drawings
* Ensuring safe use of lifting accessories and basic lifting equipment
* Potential for additional works beyond the initial contract duration
Requirements:
* CSCS card
* Significant experience installing carbon steel pipework
* Abrasive Wheels certificate (preferred)
* IPAF and/or PASMA (preferred)
* First Aid and Hot Works / Fire Watch awareness (preferred not essential)
