About the Role: We are currently recruiting for a Food Production Operative on behalf of our client based in Hartlepool, following significant growth within their business This is an excellent opportunity to secure a permanent position with a successful and expanding organisation To be considered for this role, candidates must have previous experience within a food manufacturing environment. Full training and ongoing development will be provided on site, offering the opportunity to further enhance your skills within the industry Key Responsibilities: Accurately preparing, packing, and labelling food products in line with company standards Safely operating production machinery and equipment Using handheld scanners to record real-time stock data, demonstrating strong attention to detail Operating on-site computer systems to follow precise ingredient specifications for manufacturing Regular handling loads of up to 20kg independently so applicants must be physically fit and capable Maintaining exceptional standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety at all times Working collaboratively as part of a team to meet daily production targets Willingness to work in a chilled environment Adhering to all health, safety, and food safety policies and procedures Pay Rate: £13.63ph - £14.44ph Working Hours: 6am - 6pm or 6pm - 6am 6am-4pm / 2pm-midnight Occasional weekend cover Full time only, students will not be accepted Some flexibility around shifts will be required to suit business demand How to Apply: To apply, please attach your CV to this advert.
