About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kettering, designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering results.
You'll take ownership of both Internal and External Sales, with responsibilities including:
* Handling customer enquiries and providing accurate, timely quotations
* Processing orders efficiently and professionally
* Managing and nurturing key customer accounts
* Actively developing new business opportunities
* Meeting and exceeding sales targets
* Supporting and working closely with the external sales team
This is a hands-on role — we want someone who is just as comfortable picking up the phone to close a deal as they are working strategically to grow market share.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a commercially minded, energetic, and personable individual who can bring fresh ideas to the table and help move us forward.
Key Requirements:
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Proven track record in sales (sales management or director-level experience is preferred)
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with K8 software is an advantage
* A team player who can also work independently
* Industry knowledge in building materials is a strong plus
