Your responsibilities:
* Empower the people we support to live fulfilling lives
* Provide leadership and supervision to support workers
* Assist the locality manager in team coaching and mentoring
* Provide direct care and model best practices
* Coordinate daily support and activities to ensure high-quality service
* Manage resources, finances, and adhere to legal and care standards
