The role
Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client in Westbury who are actively looking to recruit a
Quality Operative to join the team.
What you will be doing:- Responsible for correct pallet configuration/Quantity and Quality, as you are the last line of QA before the finished pallet moves to the warehouse ready for dispatch.
- Working with pallet trucks and moving heavy pallets, you also need to be responsible for your own safety and the safety of others
What you will need to succeed:- Previous experience in production / quality control / stock control
- Able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to keep up with production demands
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Hardworking and H&S awareness
- Due to the nature of the role you need to be physically fit.
What you will receive in return:- £27,500 Basic + bonus and overtime
- 3 shifts - 0600-1400 / 1400-2200 / 2200-0600
- 25 days holiday (+Bank Holidays)
- On-going training
