About The Role
HC-One is looking for a Chef with an S/NVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery, a minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate, and an understanding of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points.

About You
You should be organized to meet service times, able to plan independently, and follow recipes accurately. You will be passionate about food, valuing good quality, home-cooked meals for our Residents. When communicating with Residents or colleagues, you should be considerate and kind.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You need to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know how to respond. All staff must attend safeguarding training relevant to their role and be able to seek advice and escalate concerns when necessary.
