Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee day-to-day IT support across the business, ensuring secure system configuration and effective user support.
2. Lead the implementation and ongoing compliance with the UK Cyber Essentials scheme.
3. Maintain secure IT infrastructure supporting in-house and cloud systems.
4. Ensure protection of customer data and operational technology in line with government and energy sector standards.
