Job Purpose
Help us deliver a world-class ticketing experience. We are seeking a Ticketing Operations Manager to oversee event setup across all commercial areas, including general admission, corporate areas for men’s first team, women’s first team, development squad fixtures, and other club events. You will ensure the club remains at the forefront of technical innovation in ticketing operations and act as the primary contact for third-party events at the stadium, such as UEFA Women’s Euros and Rugby World Cup.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee systems including ticketing and access control on matchdays, ensuring smooth supporter entry.
* Manage team members, motivating and supporting staff under pressure.
Candidate Profile
* Excellent knowledge of market-available ticketing systems and back-office experience in ticketing, access control, and payment systems.
* Previous team management experience in a customer service environment.
* Strong management skills, including motivation and support under pressure.
