We are hiring for our new Lincoln branch, and we’re looking for a Resourcer to join our small, high-performing team in an extremely fast-paced environment. This is our 8th branch with offices across London, Hertfordshire, Midlands, Manchester and Scotland.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be at the heart of our candidate operations, supporting recruitment across the Industrial, Logistics, and Engineering sectors.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
* Writing and posting engaging job ads for both temporary and permanent roles
* Managing timesheets and ensuring accurate weekly submissions
* Negotiating rates with candidates and placing them into suitable roles
* Handling compliance checks, including Right to Work documentation
* Registering candidates and updating our internal CRM/database
* Using multiple platforms including job boards, social media, and WhatsApp group chats
* Calling from an existing database of operatives using a structured call list

🔍 What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in recruitment is highly preferred
* Someone who thrives under pressure and enjoys a busy desk
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
* Previous experience in recruitment or resourcing is a bonus, but not essential
