Conference and Events Assistant
£12.71 per hour, Casual worker
We are looking for Conference and Events Assistants to join our team delivering an exceptional experience to guests. The role involves setting up meeting spaces for 6 people up to events for 400 guests.
Responsibilities
* Set up and prepare meeting and event spaces to client specifications.
* Configure and operate audiovisual systems during meetings and events.
* Manage the conference café and related catering requirements.
* Serve banquets for up to 180 guests using hospitality skills.
* Provide outstanding customer service with a warm and personable touch.
Shift & Availability
Open 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Works a range of shifts and days with flexible scheduling; primarily busy during evenings and weekends.
Training & Development
