Food Production Supervisor
Stoke on Trent
Key roles and responsibilities for food production supervisor:
1. Managing and supervising production staff
2. Keeping production on track to meet deadlines
3. To be able to identify and interpret plant faults and communicate to maintenance team
4. Maintain high standards of quality control, health and safety compliance
5. Providing guidance and instruction to current and new staff
6. Plan and implement schedules
7. To select correct recipe and settings to achieve the days plan
8. Collaborate with other departments to drive continuous improvement
Minimum requirements for food production supervisor:
9. Proven experience in a leadership role within the food industry
10. Strong understanding of quality standards and health and safety protocols
11. A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving
12. Ability to work under the pressure

Working hours:
Monday - Friday + occasional Saturdays
