Job Description: As a Document Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing and controlling the flow of documents within the organization, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create, maintain, and update document control procedures.
* Organize and maintain electronic and hard copy documentation systems.
* Review and approve documents for accuracy and completeness.
* Coordinate document submissions and retrievals with project teams.
* Assist in the implementation of document management software.
* Provide training and support on document control processes.
* Perform regular audits to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Document Controller in the construction or engineering industry.
* Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in document handling.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of relevant regulations (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus.
* Degree or diploma in a relevant field preferred.
