The Job Role
We are seeking passionate and driven teaching support staff for supply teaching assistant assignments, covering day-to-day, long-term, short-term, and permanent roles across various educational settings. Flexible working hours are available, whether full or part-time.
Please note: Our standard daily pay rate is £85 for teaching assistants and £95 for SEN teaching assistants. Prior experience working with children in a classroom setting is preferred, but no formal qualifications are necessary. For longer-term placements with additional responsibilities, pay can be negotiated up to £100 per day, depending on school budgets.

Teaching Assistant Responsibilities
* Supporting the class teacher
* Following safeguarding and school policies
* Working 1:1 or with whole classes
* Liaising with school staff
Teaching Assistant Essentials
* Previous experience working with children
* Knowledge of the curriculum
* A current DBS or Update Service subscription (the agency can assist with this)
* A minimum of 3 years' reference history
* Reliability
* Excellent communication skills
