We’re currently recruiting a dedicated Multi Site Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in universities on a full‑time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week.

Responsibilities
* Ensuring all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly.
* Supervising a team, creating a positive environment where the team feels welcomed and supported.
* Being a responsible key holder.
* Assisting with weekly bookwork and any other necessary duties.
* Producing weekly rotas following the manager’s guidelines.
* Placing orders for stock to maintain correct stock levels.
* Delegating where necessary and ensuring the team is proactive at all times.
* Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
* Complying with Health & Safety regulations.
Ideal Supervisor
* Previous experience supervising frontline teams within a similar environment.
* Good communication skills with a focus on great Customer Service.
* Team player with a can’t attitude.
* Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude.
