I am delighted to be recruiting for a unique position for my client based on the outskirts of Norwich.As HR Project & Process Manager, reporting to the Head of HR, you will lead strategic HR change to support business growth and greater operational scale. The role exists to deliver a major HRIS implementation and to redesign HR processes across the employee lifecycle so HR is more efficient, compliant and user-focused. This is a high-impact role working with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into systems and standardised ways of working.Your key responsibilities will include:
* Lead end-to-end HR projects: define scope, create plans, manage risks, monitor progress and deliver outcomes to agreed quality standards.
* Drive the implementation, configuration and rollout of the HRM system; coordinate with HR, IT, vendors and external consultants.
* Manage data migration, system testing, user acceptance testing and go-live activities, and oversee post?go?live optimisation.
* Map, review and redesign HR processes to remove duplication, reduce risk and improve serviceability and compliance.
* Produce clear process documentation and embed procedures into systems and ways of working.
* Design and deliver stakeholder communications, training and support materials to encourage adoption.
* Use HR metrics and data to identify improvement opportunities and report on project benefits.
* Ensure all projects and processes meet employment law, data protection and internal policy requirements.
The person we are looking for:
* CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) qualification.
* Proven experience managing projects within HR/People functions, including HRM/HRIS implementations.
* Demonstrable track record in process review, redesign and continuous improvement.
* Strong stakeholder management and clear communicator across technical and non-technical audiences.
* Excellent planning, organisation and problem-solving skills with experience using data to drive decisions.
* Sound understanding of HR policies, compliance and data protection principles.
