Support Workers – Adult Day Care Service
Enfield Carers Centre is a local charity providing holistic support to carers across the borough with Home Care and Day Care as well as support to carers.
Person Specification provides a breakdown of the skills, knowledge and experience required to succeed in the role.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide a warm, engaging, safe space for older/vulnerable adults
* Provide compassionate person‑centred care and support
* Make a meaningful difference in the lives of those using the service
* Work closely with carers, family members and clients to achieve stated outcomes
* Assist with low‑level mobility (e.g. walking, gentle support, wheelchair assistance)
* Facilitate or help deliver individual and group activities

Full‑time option or part‑time option (14 hours per week covering 9am – 5pm Thursday and Friday).
25 days and 8 bank holidays per annum (pro rata).

Applicants must be willing to undergo screening appropriate to the post, including checks with past employers and the Disclosure Barring Service.
