Library Manager Heritage High School

Grade and Salary: Grade 4 £25,038 - £27,161 (£28,590 - £31,022 FTE)

Working pattern: 37 hours per week, 39 working weeks per year – Term time only plus INSET days

Contract term: Permanent

The role:

Heritage High School are looking to recruit a passionate Library Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of running the School Library. You will be responsible for managing and developing the collection, and for promoting the service, alongside all the routine day-to-day tasks. You will be creative and seek fresh opportunities for the library to contribute to the goals of the school.

The person:

The successful candidate will have a passion for reading and literacy. The person will have excellent communication, administrative, organisational and ICT skills. Previous experience working in a school library would be advantageous but it is not essential.
