About Us
Yellow Glove Productions is a fast-growing video production company based in Leicester. We work with marketing agencies, e-commerce brands, and charities to deliver high-end corporate films, testimonials, event coverage, and creative adverts. We're scaling fast — and we need a dedicated editor to join the journey.
⸻
The Role
We're looking for a full-time Video Editor who can take ownership of post-production across multiple projects, freeing up the Creative Director to focus on filming, clients, and growth.
You'll be cutting everything from short-form social content to polished corporate films, with scope to add your own creative touch.
Day-to-day you'll:
• Edit a variety of projects (testimonials, adverts, events, podcasts, training videos).
• Work across DaVinci Resolve and Adobe Premiere Pro depending on project needs.
• Manage project timelines, file organisation, and exports & Google Drive workflow).
• Add basic motion graphics, subtitles, and branded assets.
• Select and license music; perform sound clean-up and colour balancing.
• Collaborate on storytelling and creative choices with the Creative Director.
⸻
About You
• Strong portfolio of video editing work (corporate/commercial preferred).
• Comfortable in DaVinci Resolve and Premiere Pro (or at least one, with willingness to learn the other).
• Solid sense of pace, storytelling, and brand style.
• Organised with good communication — able to juggle multiple deadlines.
• A willingness to learn and grow with the company.
Bonus points for:
• Motion design/After Effects experience.
• Audio mixing and grading knowledge.
• Interest in wider production (camera, lighting) — opportunities to get involved on set.
• A great selection of spotify playlists and film reccomendations
