Location: UK – office based preferred (hybrid considered)

Type: Full-time
Salary: £55,000 – £75,000 + performance bonus
About the Group: We operate a group of established and growing businesses across multiple verticals including:
* Ecommerce (Shopify, Amazon, eBay)
* B2B wholesale
* Omnichannel retail
* A UK-based digital tax rebate platform operating via both website and mobile app
* New digital and ecommerce product launches
We are focused on improving execution, systems, and scalable growth.
The Role
This is a senior, hands-on role combining growth, digital execution, and systems ownership.
You will be responsible for:
* Driving growth across multiple brands and platforms
* Improving website and app performance
* Managing and developing the in-house marketing team
* Streamlining digital tools, workflows, and reporting (particularly Monday.com)
* Reducing complexity and improving visibility across digital operations
You will work closely with the founder but will be trusted to own delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Growth & Performance
o Own growth strategy across ecommerce, digital platforms, and the TaxPro app
o Improve performance across paid media, SEO, CRO, marketplaces, and app funnels
o Translate commercial goals into clear execution plans
o Track, analyse, and report performance against KPIs
* Websites, Apps & Digital Platforms
o Own performance of: Shopify and WordPress websites
o The TaxPro web platform and mobile app
o Improve: Conversion rates, User journeys, Funnel drop-offs, Speed and usability
o Work with developers to prioritise improvements and releases
o Act as the commercial and operational bridge between product, marketing, and development
* (Not a coding role, but you must be comfortable managing technical platforms and developers.)
* Digital Systems & IT (Core Part of the Role)
o Owner of our digital operating system across all businesses
o Restructuring and streamlining Monday.com across the group
o Designing clean, simple boards for: KPIs and targets, team performance, project delivery, product and website roadmaps
o Reducing duplication, noise, and over-engineered workflows
o Ensuring dashboards are useful for real management decisions
* Team Leadership
o Line-manage the in-house marketing and design team
o Set clear objectives, KPIs, and priorities
o Improve output quality, accountability, and focus
o Support development while ensuring performance standards are met
* Agencies & External Partners
o Manage external agencies, developers, and freelancers
o Assess performance and value for money
o Reduce agency reliance where internal or streamlined solutions make sense
* New Projects & Launches
o Support the launch of new websites, apps, and digital products
o Help take concepts from idea → MVP → live
o Ensure launches are structured, measured, and commercially sound
Who We’re Looking For
Essential
* Strong experience in ecommerce or digital growth
* Hands-on experience with Shopify
* Comfortable managing websites, apps, and digital platforms
* Strong systems mindset (Monday.com, CRMs, analytics tools)
* Commercially minded and detail-oriented
* Confident managing teams and improving structure without bureaucracy
