What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead multidisciplinary teams and act as Project Director on a variety of high-profile projects.
* Provide strategic advice on building performance, lifecycle planning, creative reuse, and more.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor.
* Contribute to business development, mentoring, and innovation across the practice.
What We’re Looking For
* Chartered status (RICS, CIBSE, or equivalent) with a background in building surveying or property consultancy.
* Experience leading complex projects and working with diverse teams.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and present to a range of audiences.
* A collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in improving the performance and sustainability of buildings.
* Willingness to travel when needed.
