Role: Recruitment Manager Industry: Legal Services
Salary: £40,000 + bonus
My client are a leading global legal services provider who are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join their People and Recruitment team. You will ideally have a background in professional or financial services, with either agency or internal recruitment experience.
Helping to select the best people for their short term and long term needs.
Proactively managing existing talent pools and working with the recruitment and engagement management teams to ensure they have a strong understanding of the experience, availability, and fit of those lawyers for live assignments. Recruitment advertising: Writing detailed, creative and informative advertising to sell the business as well as to attract specific lawyers for current and future needs.
Strategic projects: Leading or supporting on strategic recruitment projects such as marketing and advertising campaigns, reengagement initiatives and developing new talent pipelines. Also continually reviewing and refining the company recruitment process and systems that support it.
