Paid Search Manager – Agency – London – c. £45K
I am working with an award-winning digital media agency and they are looking for a data-driven Paid Search Manager to join the team. If you love solving paid search challenges, driving performance, and working with high-profile clients (including FTSE 100s), this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do
* Plan and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Bing (Search, Display, YouTube, Gmail)
* Optimise bidding, structure, copy, keywords, and landing pages
* Use scripts and data to improve lead quality and campaign ROI
* Collaborate on integrated, cross-channel strategies
* Report on KPIs, manage budgets, and spot growth opportunities
What You’ll Bring
* Proven PPC experience (agency background preferred)
* Google Certified (Search/Display/Analytics)
* Strong skills in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, UTM tracking
* Comfortable with Excel, PowerPoint, and handling multiple accounts
* Proactive, organised, and keen to keep learning
