Benefits: Up to £44,000 basic salary, dependent on experience Company pension scheme 22 days holiday plus bank holidays Supportive, family-oriented team environment Regular opportunities for training and development Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, with occasional Saturday work Duties of the Senior Technician: Conduct routine servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles Carry out repairs including clutches, cambelts, head gaskets, and other major components Maintain accurate workshop records in compliance with regulations Effectively communicate test results and repair options to customers Work closely with the auto centre team to ensure high standards of quality Stay informed about industry updates, safety protocols, and technical advancements Uphold the company’s commitment to customer satisfaction and excellent service Requirements: Level 3 IMI/NVQ qualification or equivalent Full UK driving licence MOT licence desirable but not essential Proven experience as a Senior Technician within a busy workshop environment Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn Ability to work independently and to a high standard Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail If you are a dedicated Senior Technician looking to join a reputable team where your skills will be utilised and appreciated, we want to hear from you.
