Up to £44,000 basic salary, dependent on experience

Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, with occasional Saturday workDuties:
Conduct routine servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles
Carry out repairs including clutches, cambelts, head gaskets, and other major components
Maintain accurate workshop records in compliance with regulations
Effectively communicate test results and repair options to customers
Work closely with the auto centre team to ensure high standards of quality
Stay informed about industry updates, safety protocols, and technical advancements
Uphold the company’s commitment to customer satisfaction and excellent serviceRequirements:
Level 3 IMI/NVQ qualification or equivalent
Full UK driving licence
MOT licence desirable but not essential
Proven experience as a Senior Technician within a busy workshop environment
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
Ability to work independently and to a high standard
