Teaching Assistants – Tamworth
Positions Available: Day-to-day supply, short-term supply, and long-term placements
Pay: £83.34 - £87.34 per day (dependent on experience)
Start Date: As soon as possible

Key Responsibilities:
Support teachers in delivering high-quality lessons and assist with classroom management.
Help students stay engaged and on task.
Provide one-to-one and small group support to enhance learning and development.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
Assist with general classroom activities and resource preparation.
Report any concerns to the appropriate staff.
Requirements:
Experience: Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is essential.
Enhanced DBS Check: Must be registered on the Update Service (or be willing to apply).
Passion for Education: A strong commitment to supporting student learning.
Communication Skills: Ability to interact effectively with students, staff, and parents.
Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
