Location Overview:
Join our Bromley office, located in one of London’s greenest boroughs, with easy access to central London via train, just 15 minutes away.
The Team:
The Business Support group consists of 5 members interacting with regional leadership and US colleagues. This role offers learning about products and services supported for our Global Payment Solution clients in EMEA, partnering with regional senior leadership to ensure consistent execution.
Role Description:
We are seeking a Business Support Analyst to join our Bromley-based Global Treasury and Merchant Operations team. The team is diverse, responsible for delivering senior leadership materials, metric reporting, incident management, and client escalations supporting Treasury Fulfilment and Service groups.
Responsibilities:
1. Administer EMEA Client Service, Fulfilment, and Digital Services client surveys.
2. Review, update, and investigate client escalations and complaints.
3. Reconcile dormant and inactive client accounts, liaising with the EMEA Service Team.
4. Support incident management by participating in triage calls, maintaining records, and assisting with regulatory reporting for EMEA Bank of America entities.

* Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency.
* Self-starter capable of working independently, prioritizing effectively with minimal oversight.
* Proficiency in Excel.
