Role Overview
Vario is a market-leading alternative legal services provider within the law firm Pinsent Masons. It is unique in the legal sector. Vario is a practice group within Pinsent Masons which includes Flexible Services, Consulting and Technology, Legal Project Management, and Managed Legal Services (MLS). This role is within our MLS team.
As the Vario team grows, we are recruiting a Specialist to support our MLS Delivery teams in ensuring the delivery of a world-class legal service to our practice groups and external clients. Reporting to our Delivery Manager, the successful candidate will:
1. Support our lawyers with complex technical work in their area of expertise and client relationship activities, acting as a subject matter expert.
2. Lead the delivery of small to medium-scale projects and lower complexity matters, collaborating with LPMs and/or practice group fee earners.
3. Supervise and quality check the work of junior colleagues.
4. Mentor junior team members and support their skill development.
5. Assist the Senior Specialist and Delivery Manager in developing and implementing new Transaction Management work services and solutions.
Our standard working hours are 9:30 am to 5:30 pm; we are open to flexible working arrangements.
Please note, the internal job title for this role is MLS Specialist.
