The Role
We are currently support one of our clients who is a specialist healthcare provider with residential care homes for young people transitioning to adulthood (16-24yrs) and seeking a recruitment consultant to join their team following recent company and services growth. The right candidate will be supported by a senior recruitment consultant in learning the process, structure and recruitment of its services. Ideally with a background within Healthcare due to the complexity of recruiting roles.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Manage the recruitment process in line with the organisations staffing needs
* Create Job adverts in line with the service's staffing requirements alongside ensuring the candidate has the relevant qualifications, specific level of experience required
* Source and screen candidates via platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and CV Library, headhunting where necessary to bring in the right individuals
* Conduct interviews and providing feedback to relevant hiring managers and stakeholders
* Have a strong understanding of OFSTED and CQC standards, including qualifications that you would be looking out for from suitable candidates that should have Level 3 Children's Diploma in Residential Or NVQ in Children and Young People (OFSTED Qualifications)
* Maintain a consistent and structured recruitment process
* Work collaboratively with the service managers to obtain and support staffing requirements
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* Previous experience within Healthcare Recruitment
* Confident using job boards, social media, and other sourcing tools
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* A proactive, detail-oriented approach to recruitment
* Ability to manage time effectively and keep track of your progress
* Passion for supporting a service that makes a difference in children and young people's lives
