Location: Hybrid 2-days in St Albans
We are super excited to be partnering with a leading PE-Backed EdTech to come onboard at a period of change for the company. Following recent PE-investment, the next 6-months will be crucial for laying the building blocks for their next period of scale.
You will be partnering directly with the CPO to deliver on company-wide HRIS Implementation and Data Migration. This role will be coming into a blank canvas, focussing on HR Data and Metrics. You will be thinking commercially around what data will be visible to different user groups, and which metrics should be tracked and recorded.
Responsibilities
* Lead the migration of c.2,600 employee records into Zoho HRIS, ensuring integrity, visibility, and compliance.
* Map existing data across multiple legacy systems and design a centralised HR data structure.
* Determine what data must be visible to different user groups and what should be archived.
* Drive consistency in people data, reporting and system usability.
* Collaborate with HR, IT and operations to ensure smooth integration with new management systems.
* Implement best practice governance and control for data access and compliance (GDPR, safeguarding).
* Deliver the project to tight timescales with a clear, business-ready outcome.
Qualifications
* Strong experience in HRIS migration or implementation projects (Zoho, Workday, BambooHR or similar).
* Data-savvy, analytical and confident in driving transformation.
* Ability to balance detail orientation with commercial pragmatism.
* Experience in a PE-backed environment.
* Ideally holds (or able to obtain) enhanced DBS clearance.
