We provide an end-to-end service, delivering solutions in electricity transmission, distribution, renewable energy, EV, metering and home decarbonisation. Want to come and be a part of it? Electricity Transmission Division We design, build and commission substations at voltages up to and including 400kV. Our teams construct and maintain transmission lines and substations, ensuring the efficient and reliable delivery of electricity. We are the only Overhead Lines Transmission provider supporting 3 major UK Transmission Frameworks over the next 12-year period; National Grid (Great Grid Upgrade Project - GGP), SPEN and SSE. What you’ll be doing - Ensure that all documentation associated with deliveries is clearly and accurately completed and to perform loading/unloading and delivery duties as directed - Working knowledge of site equipment, fittings and machinery. Keeping up to date knowledge of amendments. - Using Telescopic Fork lift trucks (Telehandlers) - Completing Drivers Weekly Report book. Recording mileage, locations, fuel checks, vehicle maintenance. Recording any defects and reporting them to the Transport department - Completing, storing and returning daily drivers log book records - The use of Tractor and trailers onsite What you’ll bring - A working knowledge of the Highway Code, Vehicle Daily Checks and Drivers Domestic Hours Rules is required - The ideal applicant will possess a clean Driving Licence - Classes 1 HGV and CITB Hiab crane Qualifications What’s in it for you?
