What the Job Involves This role within the East Locality Team involves conducting Care Act Assessments, developing Support Plans, and performing Reviews. You will also engage in CHC Assessments, work with Asylum/NRPF cases, manage transitions, and participate in safeguarding activities. Tasks require you to work flexibly, including face-to-face visits/assessments, remote work from home, and office attendance as needed.
