Summary
We are seeking a Regional Float Dental Nurse to join The Real Good Dental Company Ltd, located in the UK. You would be supporting the Fife area. This pivotal role will drive our mission of empowering dental practices to achieve clinical excellence and provide exceptional patient experiences.
Responsibilities
* Supporting clinicians chairside across a wide range of treatments, ensuring excellent patient care.
* Creating a calm and welcoming environment where patients feel at ease from the moment they arrive.
* Keeping surgeries running seamlessly – from set‑up to stock management, anticipating needs before they arise.
* Using your organisational skills to maintain accurate patient records (using Software of Excellence).
* Getting involved beyond the surgery – from reception duties to helping with daily operations, your adaptability will shine.
Qualifications
* Is GDC registered with around 3 years’ experience in Private and/or NHS practices
* Loves working with different teams and brings a confident, can‑do approach
* Has a genuine passion for patient care and creating great experiences
* Is adaptable, organised, and proactive – able to anticipate needs before they arise
* Has an appetite to learn and develop new skills
