Roles/Responsibilities
* Carry out electrical and mechanical maintenance to maximize plant uptime, including fault finding, repairs amd preventative maintenance
* Diagnose faults across PLCs, drives and production equipment, implementing effective root cause fixes
* Respond to breakdowns quickly to minimize downtime and keep production running smoothly
* Support continuous improvement, machine upgrades, and reliability projects across site
* Work closely with production, contractors and suppliers to maintain safety, quality and performance standards
What were looking for
*
Time:served maintenance engineer with a recognised Level 3 qualification (NVQ/HNC or equivalent) in Electrical or Multi:Skilled Engineering
*
Strong electrical maintenance experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment
*
Confident fault finding on electrical systems, with working knowledge of PLCs and industrial drives
*
Able to work independently, prioritise workload, and respond effectively to breakdown situations
*
Proactive, safety:conscious approach with a focus on reliability and continuous improvement
